Shoting weekend 2

A very co-operative weekend.

• we started earlier and shot nearly all of the fotage we need.
• I still think we need some more diverse shots and some better performance shots- maybe we should lok at what was so good in the test shoot?
• the quality of the footage is really good
• now we are going to edit our footage together on a draft edit sequence to see if our editing ideas will do justice to the quality of our footage.

Shooting weekend 1

This session was really good.

• much better direction on shoot
• the lighting may need to be improved
• the team were fast
• the acting was really good
• most of the footage could be used
• i still think there could be some different shots
• we should start earlier next week to ensure we get all the footage needed.

Test Shoot Weekend

This weekend was brilliant!

• The iconography really worked and looks amazing when played back!
• The over exposed lighting is superb and really suits the style we are after.
• The tattoos are awesome, but take very long to do.
• We need to be faster next week on shoot and be better prepared to draw the tattoos
• The baseball bat looks really good
• Some of the insert shots such as, water coming out of mouth, hitting the punch bag etc. dont work at all. The direction of the narative shots needs to be asssessed by the group in a meeting.
