Audience feedback during the programme:
-Has to have dance moves, or something characteristic that can be copied
-Fast tempo
-Makes you want to dance
-Makes you feel happy, let your hair down
-Catchy lyrics
Top 10 on the countdown, not in order:
DJ Jazzy Jeff& Fresh Prince - Summer time
S club 7- Bring it all back
Grease- You’re the one that I want
Wham – Club Tropicana
Vengaboys- Going to Ibiza
The Foundations- Buttercup
Lass ketchup- The Ketchup song
Will Smith- Welcome to Miami
Peter Andre- Mysterious girl
Girls aloud - Long hot summer
I think these are important videos to look at the relationship between the feel of the song and how it is delivered visually. Also the audience feedback helps me to realise what the potential audience would want to see from this summer genre of music.
